We are seeking a skilled Acquisition Editor to join our team.Our mission is to improve scientific research and education worldwide by producing high-quality video solutions.The RoleWe are looking for someone who will focus on recruiting new authors and content for our Journal, guiding them through the manuscript submission process.Key Responsibilities:Identify and recruit new authors to contribute to our Journal.Contact potential Guest Editors to build Methods Collections.Establish and maintain a strong network of scientists/journal authors to drive content acquisition.Collaborate with the peer review team to facilitate publication.Meet or exceed monthly acquisition targets.Requirements:A Ph.D. in Life Sciences.Fluent English written and verbal communication skills.Results-driven with independent work abilities.Strong organizational, influencing, and problem-solving skills.Familiarity with publishing processes is a plus.We offer competitive compensation and unlimited bonus for manuscript acquisition, as well as a remote working environment that promotes innovation and collaboration.
