Job OverviewEssential Functions:The Compliance Manager will be responsible for the development, maintenance, and testing of the company's internal controls system to ensure alignment with global compliance standards and Brazilian laws.This role involves overseeing the regulatory compliance framework, including corporate policies, compliance testing, and audit readiness.The Asset Segregation framework will be managed according to Central Bank of Brazil's regulations, including policies, record segregation, reconciliations, audit trails, and proof-of-reserves (where applicable).Effective transfer and custody controls for client and company assets will be established and maintained.The Compliance Manager will coordinate internal reviews and remediation actions based on control testing outcomes or regulatory findings.Mandatory compliance policies, including third-party risk and service provider management (excluding Essential Services which remain under AML/CFT oversight), will be created and maintained.Collaboration with auditors, regulators, and internal governance bodies is required on matters relating to controls, segregation, and compliance.A strong compliance culture will be promoted by encouraging accountability, transparency, and ethical conduct across teams.About YouYou should have a solid understanding of global compliance standards and Brazilian laws.Proven experience in managing regulatory compliance frameworks and developing internal controls systems would be an advantage.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.You should be able to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.Able to work independently and as part of a team.What We OfferA challenging and dynamic work environment.Ongoing training and professional development opportunities.A competitive salary and benefits package.A collaborative and supportive team culture.Additional InformationPlease note that all applications will be treated confidentially.We are an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from diverse candidates.
