Job DescriptionSenior Financial Analyst plays a pivotal role in FP&A Finance by supporting month-end close activities and providing financial insights to inform business decisions.Financial Planning: Develops accurate and comprehensive financial models to drive strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting.Expense Management: Oversees department expenses, ensuring timely approval, tracking, and reconciliation of all financial transactions.Reporting and Analysis: Prepares detailed financial reports and analyzes performance trends to provide actionable insights for data-driven decision-making.Key Responsibilities:Leads the development and maintenance of complex financial models, including forecasting and budgeting.Reconciles headcount and monitors key performance indicators (KPIs).Collaborates closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Management and Engineering.Proactively identifies areas for process improvement and implements changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.Required Skills and QualificationsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and identify areas for improvement.Proficiency in Excel, with expertise in advanced financial modeling, pivot tables, and data analysis.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote-first environment, with strong organizational and time management skills.BenefitsOpportunity to develop and grow professionally in a dynamic and fast-paced organization.Collaborative and supportive work environment, with a focus on employee well-being and career development.Competitive compensation and benefits package, including (insert benefits here).OthersSenior Financial Analyst must be able to operate independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines in a rapidly changing environment.
