The mission of this role is to ensure the operational backbone of our Capital Markets structure runs without errors. You will be responsible for the daily execution of critical tasks - specifically the "plumbing" of our credit operations (CERC registration, document signing) and treasury flows (disbursements and reconciliations).QualificationsMaster's degree in Finance, or a related field.Operational Process: Familiarity with back-office routines (payments, reconciliations, file management).Data: Strong ability to organize data, use SQL and Excel, and maintain error-free spreadsheets.Basic Financial Concepts: Understanding of what a receivable is, basic debits/credits, and bank reconciliation.Platform Savvy: Comfort learning new software quickly (e. G., CERC portals, banking platforms, internal admin tools).Extreme Attention to Detail: The ability to spot a 1-cent difference in a reconciliation or a typo in a document contract.Process-Oriented: Enjoys following checklists and finding ways to make repetitive tasks more efficient.Communication: Not afraid to "raise the hand" and escalate issues immediately when something doesn't look right.Ownership: Treats every payment and document as if it were their own money/company.Curiosity: Eager to learn how the financial machine works "under the hood."ResponsibilitiesExecute the smooth assignment of credit rights to the SEC/FIDC, utilizing internal tooling, CERC, and document signing processes.Manage and monitor all lifecycle events including repurchases, cancellations, and transfers between SEC and FIDC with zero operational errors.Establish and maintain strong daily operational relationships with stakeholders to facilitate mutual support.Evaluate and recommend financial tools to improve efficiency and accuracy, as well as explore new tools that might better suit our evolving needs.What we offerCollaboration and team spirit thrive best in an in-office environment.
