Enterprise Solutions ArchitectThis role offers the opportunity to drive transformation in a global environment, gaining exposure to local and international stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Assess business processes, system landscapes, and user pain points to recommend technical solutions and workarounds.Facilitate requirements gathering and functional design sessions with business and technical stakeholders.Document detailed functional design specifications (epics, features, user stories).Lead refinement sessions with Scrum teams to review feature designs, estimate effort, and prepare for sprint cycles.Support QA and UAT test planning, execution, and bug triage.Present live product demonstrations and prepare release notes for end users.Assist with sprint planning, stakeholder communications, and retrospectives to drive continuous improvement.Contribute to change management through documentation, training, and stakeholder engagement.Required Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.2+ years of experience in business analysis, product design, or related roles, ideally within CRM platforms.Strong background in requirements gathering, process mapping, and translating business needs into technical specifications.Hands-on experience with Agile delivery methods, including writing user stories and partnering with Scrum teams.Excellent communication, facilitation, and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional and global stakeholders.Familiarity with CRM platforms (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales strongly preferred) and exposure to cloud-based solutions, APIs, and system integrations.Benefits:This role provides opportunities for career growth, skill development, and impact on real-world business outcomes.You will have the chance to shape enterprise applications that drive meaningful results across diverse business streams.Others:You will be part of a dynamic team working together to deliver innovative solutions.This position offers a chance to expand your professional network, collaborate with experts from various backgrounds, and gain valuable experience in a fast-paced industry.
