Ascendion is a full-service digital engineering solutions company.We make and manage software platforms and products that power growth and deliver captivating experiences to consumers and employees.Our engineering, cloud, data, experience design, and talent solution capabilities accelerate transformation and impact for enterprise clients. are looking for a strong SR Python Engineer with Java and AI Integration exp, with the next qualifications:Python (advanced): 80% of the work involves backend/API development.NoSQL databases: experience with MongoDB or similar is required.Search engine: experience with Elasticsearch (or OpenSearch / Solr) is highly valued.AWS Cloud: DynamoDB and other AWS services, plus experience with containers (Docker, ECS, or EKS).Java: solid understanding of Core Java (version 11 preferred).Version control & CI/CD: GitHub and Jenkins (basic working knowledge is sufficient).Familiarity with Python-based AI integrations or real-time AI products.Experience: 6–8 years English Level: Advanced (C1)About the RoleWe're looking for a Python Backend Engineer who's passionate about building scalable, high-performance systems in the cloud.This is a hands-on development role, you'll be designing APIs, adding new product features, and helping integrate AI functionalities into production systems.What You'll DoDesign, build, and maintain backend services and APIs using Python (core focus).Develop new features and enhance existing ones across a large-scale cloud platform.Work on AI-driven functionality, connecting data and services through Python integrations.Contribute to a robust cloud infrastructure on AWS, using containers and CI/CD pipelines.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth deployment and high reliability.Want to change the world?Let us know.Tell us about your experiences, education, and ambitions.Bring your knowledge, unique viewpoint, and creativity to the table.Let's talk
