Job Title: Endpoint Engineer LeaderWe are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee the management of our corporate devices, focusing on automation, efficiency and minimizing contact time while ensuring compliance across multiple security frameworks.Main Responsibilities:Lead and mentor a team of endpoint engineersOversee maintenance, patching and compliance for Windows and macOS endpoints using NinjaOneDrive initiatives to reduce manual processes and minimize end-user contact timeEnsure endpoints meet compliance requirementsRequirements:At least 2 years of experience in people management in IT or technical teamsMore than 5 years of hands-on endpoint management experienceStrong proficiency with NinjaOne or similar platformsThis is a fully remote position available for occasional meetings across global time zones.
