Semi Senior Operations Execution AnalystCapgemini is seeking a proactive and skilled Semi Senior Operations Execution Analyst to join our team supporting one of the top 10 U.S. insurance carriers.

Our Client is part of one of the largest Insurance Groups globally.Location: Brazil (Remote/Hybrid) - Preferred: Availability to work PST hoursWhat You'll DoAnalyze data to support decision-making and process improvements.Assist in sizing initial project ideas to understand their potential impact.Measure the impact post-implementation and recommend adjustments as needed.Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and incorporate feedback into applications.RequirementsWhat We're Looking ForAbility to create professional presentations to visualize trends and communicate findings to senior leadership.ExperienceMinimum of 3 years of relevant experience.Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.SkillsProficiency in English (interview conducted in English).
