Marketing Analyst to lead our client's marketing data and analytics efforts with a focus on attribution, mixed media modeling (MMM), and growth analytics for their direct-to-consumer business.
This role will be responsible for building and executing marketing attribution strategies, analyzing customer acquisition funnels, and driving insights that directly impact their growth and retention strategies.Required Qualifications:5-7 years of marketing analytics experience with focus on attribution, MMM, and growth metricsExpert SQL skills with experience in complex query optimization and data modelingSnowflake Experience: Proficiency with Snowflake data warehouse including performance optimization and cost managementdbt Proficiency: Hands-on experience with dbt for data transformation and modelingBI Tools: Strong experience with Looker for dashboard creation and self-service analyticsAttribution Expertise: Hands-on experience with marketing attribution models, MMM, and multi-touch attributionStatistical Analysis: Strong background in statistical analysis, experimentation design, and A/B testingDTC Experience: Experience analyzing direct-to-consumer marketing channels and customer acquisitionPreferred Qualifications:Omni Experience: Familiarity with Omni analytics platformAdvanced Analytics: Experience with machine learning models for marketing optimizationMarketing Tools: Proficiency with marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Facebook Analytics)Cloud Platforms: Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure data servicesProgramming Languages: Python or R for advanced analytics and automationIndustry Experience: Background in consumer-facing, e-commerce, or marketplace businessesCommunication Skills: Excellent presentation and storytelling abilities with dataMarketing Automation: Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systemsKey Responsibilities:Attribution & MMM Leadership: Design, implement, and optimize marketing attribution models and mixed media modeling to measure campaign effectiveness across channelsGrowth Analytics: Analyze customer acquisition funnels, CAC optimization, lifetime value modeling, and retention metricsDTC Analytics: Deep analysis of direct-to-consumer marketing performance, channel effectiveness, and customer journey optimizationData Infrastructure: Build and maintain marketing data models using dbt and SQL within Snowflake environmentDashboard Development: Create and maintain marketing dashboards and reports in Looker/Omni for stakeholder consumptionExperimentation: Design and analyze marketing experiments, A/B tests, and campaign optimization strategiesStrategic Insights: Translate complex marketing data into actionable insights for marketing teams and executive leadershipCross-functional Collaboration: Partner with product, engineering, and customer experience teams on data-driven initiativesAbout RYZ Labs:RYZ Labs is a startup studio built in 2021 by two lifelong entrepreneurs.
