Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled Senior Integration Specialist to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining seamless integrations between Salesforce and Zendesk, ensuring the highest level of data exchange and security.About the Role:Rebuild and optimize integration logic between Salesforce and Zendesk, guaranteeing efficient data exchange and minimizing errors.Implement and maintain role-based access control (RBAC) across Salesforce objects and case records, promoting data security and integrity.Analyze and remediate data quality gaps within Salesforce Cases, identifying duplicate records, incomplete fields, and misaligned mappings, and implementing corrective actions to ensure clean and reliable case data.Requirements:Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Salesforce administration and development, with a strong focus on integration skills.Hands-on experience with integrations, APIs, and data mapping, with a proven track record of success in similar roles.Expertise in Salesforce profiles, roles, permission sets, and data access controls, with the ability to design and implement secure RBAC solutions.What We Offer:A dynamic work environment that encourages collaboration and innovation, with opportunities for growth and professional development.
