OverviewWe're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Financial Controller to join our leadership team and help shape the financial future of GameSmart's expanding global operations.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role with the potential to grow into a CFO position.
You will oversee the company's financial structure, reporting, compliance, investor support, and day-to-day financial management across jurisdictions.If based in Brazil or Israel: Portuguese – must; English – must; Spanish – advantage.Responsibilities Full financial oversight, including: Managing P&L by business unit Planning and tracking budget vs. actuals Cost control and margin optimization Business planning: maintaining updated, actionable forecasts Legal and contractual coordination: Working with lawyers and advisors Reviewing and tracking contracts, agreements, and partnerships Overseeing documentation with vendors and partners Compliance & reporting across jurisdictions Coordination with agents and external service providers Bookkeeping oversight: ensuring day-to-day accounting and financial records are accurate and audit-ready Revenue and cash flow tracking Payment operations & banking: opening accounts, handling transfers, managing banking relationships Automation & tooling: leveraging AI and international support to scale efficiently Maintaining a clean, up-to-date dataroomQualifications 5+ years of experience as a Financial Controller Fluent in Portuguese and English (Spanish – advantage) Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage processes hands-on Comfortable with new technologies, automation tools, and AI (early adopter mindset is an advantage) Experience in gambling, gaming, or B2C industries – advantageTo apply, please reach out to ****** level Mid-Senior levelEmployment type Full-timeJob function Accounting/Auditing and Finance
