At UCB, we put our heart, soul, and skills into making a difference for people living with severe diseases.Working together to push boundaries, we combine the best of our talents to unlock innovation.Will you join us on our pioneering journey?To strengthen our team, we are looking to fill the position of MSL Field Lead.Key Activities:Lead, develop, and support the MSL team, promoting scientific excellence and alignment with the medical department's strategic goals.Closely follow execution KPIs in order to guarantee maximum efficiencyEstablish and maintain peer-to-peer relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), medical societies, and healthcare institutions.Ensure the execution of the medical plan in the field, aligned with each therapeutic area's priorities.Collect and analyze field insights that impact the patient journey, product lifecycle, and evidence generation.Collaborate with internal departments such as Marketing, Regulatory Affairs, Market Access, and Clinical Research.Participate in congresses, scientific events, and strategic meetings.Contribute to the development of scientific materials and internal training.Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in Life sciences, pharmacy, or medicine, etc...Desirable Master's and Ph.D;Previous experience as an MSL and/or in leading medical field teams.Fluent English;Pharmaceutical industry experience is mandatory.Availability for frequent travel ******% of the time).UCB and its subsidiaries promote diversity and inclusion in the workplace; we are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
