We're looking for a Operations Analytics 100% remote in BrazilLocation: RemoteEmployment Type: Full-timeAbout the Role:We are seeking an experienced Operations Analytics professional to deliver high-impact insights that support our end-to-end operations.In this role, you will work closely with teams across inventory, logistics, retail, and customer service, while partnering with technology and finance stakeholders.You'll engage with nearly all aspects of a growing business to measure performance, identify opportunities, and drive alignment toward the most impactful operational improvements.What You'll DoAnalyze, understand, and quantify key operational efficiency metrics.Design, implement, and report on item-level data throughout receiving, authentication, launch, and outbound workflows.Provide daily reporting and product-health measurements to support business decision-making.Communicate insights clearly and effectively to partner teams and leadership.Collaborate with operations analysts to optimize processes and uncover opportunities for growth.5+ years of analytics experience.Expert-level proficiency in SQL.5+ years working with BI tools such as MicroStrategy, Tableau, Looker, etc.Strong ability to translate practical business problems into technical solutions.Proven experience delivering time-sensitive strategic projects involving methodology development, analysis, recommendations, and executive presentation.Demonstrated ability to thrive in ambiguous environments.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in eCommerce or logistics industries.#J-*****-Ljbffr
