Reporting to the KENDO BRANDS Marketing Manager the Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for contributing to the development and execution of the Marketing Strategy for KENDO BRANDS in Brazil (Fenty Beauty and Fenty Skin), with a focus on retail, public relations and events. This role plays a key part in building brand awareness, advocacy, and desirability through locally relevant activations and collaboration with key partners.We are looking for someone with a passion for beauty, a strategic mindset, and strong executional skills who can connect creativity with business impact. A cross-category mindset is essential.SUMMARY• Responsible for planning and executing Retail strategy (Dotcom, app and B& M)• Define brand's communication strategy & localization across Brazil: considering PR, influencer and overall awareness strategy, alongside PR agency.• Support with events management, through excellent execution and tracking of initiatives• Ensure cross functional collaboration, with internal teams and external stakeholders• We are looking for someone proactive, creative thinker, problem solver, a beauty enthusiast, keeps track on trends and is eager to work with one of the coolest beauty brand in the market1. DEFINE AND EXECUTE RETAIL STRATEGY IN BRASIL: FOR SEPHORA DOTCOM, APP AND B& M • Manage retail calendar defining initiatives throughout the year according to calendar launch• Suggest and execute out of the box ideas to enhance brand awareness and conversion• Develop 360° strategy for retail, including dotcom initiatives and B& M.• Execute retail plan, ensuring retail excellence in all points of contact• Manage and execute POSM (Point of sale merchandising) & GWP (Gift with Purchase) strategy for all retail initiatives• Develop cross area relationship with key partners• Manage relationship and execution with partner agencies and different stakeholders to guarantee results• Develop reports and track results through KPIs.2. DEFINE THE BRAND'S COMMUNICATION STRATEGY & LOCALIZATION ACROSS BRAZIL• Develop and execute 360° communication strategies (Influencer Marketing, PR, Events) tailored to the Brazilian market.• Adapt global strategies to ensure cultural relevance.• Align plans with the broader brand objectives and local market needs• Track, report, and analyze the performance of all initiatives• Ensure all actions contribute to increasing brand equity, visibility, and long-term advocacy• Develop analytical and qualitative reports on the Brand's actions and competition3. INFLUENCER & PR EXECUTION• Support influencer campaigns to ensure consistent brand visibility and engagement.• Manage local influencer and PR agencies.• Oversee press and influencer giftings.• Constantly seek opportunities for new partnerships and relevant paid collaborations.• Create content briefs and approve influencer materials, ensuring alignment with brand identity.• Localize and amplify global PR and social media assets.4. EVENTS MANAGEMENT• Conceptualize and execute brand events.• Support the delivery of brand experiences that drive advocacy.• Manage coordination with vendors, agencies, and internal teams.• Analyze performance and collect learnings for continuous improvement.5. CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION & PARTNER ALIGNMENT• Work closely with the Brand team to ensure 360° alignment across launches and priorities.• Collaborate with key partners on campaign planning, execution.• Foster strong partnerships internally with relevant teams to ensure integration.• Identify and develop new brand-building partnerships.• Apply a cross-category perspective to identify opportunities for integrated campaigns.QUALIFICATIONS• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.• 4–6 years of experience in influencer marketing, PR, or brand communications — ideally within beauty, fashion, or luxury industries.• Experience collaborating with retailers and Marketing agencies.• Business-savvy: understands the financial impact of marketing decisions and seeks efficiency and ROI in every action.• Fluent in English and Portuguese• Deep understanding of Brazilian influencer, media, and digital landscape.• Creative thinker, executional excellence, and attention to detail.• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.• Passionate about beauty and trends.• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with digital tools (e.g., influencer platforms, social analytics).• Cross-category thinker.ABOUT KENDO BRANDSKendo Holdings, Inc. is a San Francisco-based beauty brand developer owned by LVMH Moët Hennessy - Louis Vuitton, the world's largest luxury group.
