We are currently recruiting a new Accounting Assistant in Navegantes, Brazil.

We are recruiting a new junior profile to join our team in our new offices in Navegantes.
The main responsabilities, among others, are the following:
- Analysis of payroll variations.
- Support to Payroll (Paycheck Processing).
- Analysis of invoice entries and payments.
- Analysis of bank reconciliations.
- Accounting for receipts and payments.
- Management of collections (Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable).
- Issuance of invoices and credit notes (Bank Payment Slips).
- Collection, management, and archiving of invoices and receipts.
- Verification of employee expenses for subsequent approval by the Country Manager.
- Entry of notes into the SAP system.
- Foreign exchange payments to international suppliers via banking systems.
- Completion of the monthly P&L spreadsheet with accounting information after the accounting close.
- Verification control with accounting and tax invoices.
Who are we looking for?
- Studies in Economics or Business Management.
- Al least 1 year of experience in accounting or similar.
- Junior profile.
- Intermediate/advanced level of spoken and written English.
- An organized and proactive person with an interest in teamwork.
