We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Sales to lead our sales organization in the security industry.The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving revenue growth, building high-performing sales teams, and developing strategic sales initiatives within the security sector.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals in the security market.Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to maximize performance and professional growth.Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with key clients and partners.Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align sales efforts with company objectives.Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly.Prepare and present regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to executive leadership.QualificationsMinimum 10 years of sales experience with at least 5 years in a senior sales leadership role, preferably as a VP of Sales.Extensive experience in the security industry, including knowledge of security services, and market dynamics.Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies that drive revenue growth.Strong leadership skills with experience managing and motivating sales teams.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed business decisions.Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.LocationCandidates should be willing to work onsite and travel as needed to meet with clients and partners.How to ApplyIf you are a strategic sales leader with a passion for the security industry and a drive to achieve outstanding results, we encourage you to apply.Please submit your resume and cover letter detailing your relevant experience.North America Security & Select Services#J-*****-Ljbffr
