Growth Marketer – Global Running Company (Part-Time, Remote)We are recruiting a Growth Marketer for GoRunning Tours.The role is part-time (25 hrs per week) with potential to grow into Head of Marketing.The position is fully remote.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, automation flows, and reporting.Own digital advertising initiatives on Meta, Google, and emerging platforms, measuring performance and scaling effective tactics.Research and test new channels and markets (B2C & B2B), using data-driven insights to prioritize growth opportunities.Develop compelling copy and creative assets for campaigns and case studies.Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to pitch bold ideas and sponsorship opportunities.Maintain a culture of experimentation: hypothesis, test, learn, scale.Desired Qualities & SkillsAnalytical mindset with strong experience in data analysis and marketing automation.Creativity in copywriting and campaign storytelling.Proficiency in email tools (e.g., Klaviyo, Mailchimp, HubSpot) and digital ad platforms.Fast decision maker, detail oriented, and execution focused.Collaborative, communicative, and comfortable working remotely.Enthusiastic about running and community building.CompensationUSD $1,400 per month (25 hrs per week).Managed via Upwork.Application ProcessSend a brief spiel explaining why you're a good fit and why you want to work at GoRunning Tours to Lena.#J-*****-Ljbffr
