Ensino Superior completo em Engenharia, Administração, Operações ou áreas relacionadas;- Experiência em Operações de segmentos como Logística, Manufatura, Indústria geral e áreas afins;- Experiência com gestão de pessoas;- MS Office, com nível intermediário em Excel (vlookup, fórmulas avançadas, tabelas dinâmicas, macros);- Disponibilidade para trabalhar no período da noite (23h as 10h) e em turnos flexíveis, incluindo fins de semana e feriados;- Inglês intermediário e Português fluente;A equipe da Amazon Logística está em busca de um(a) Gerente de Turno para se juntar à equipe da AMZL Brasil em nossa estação de entrega (Delivery Station) de Jaboatão dos Guararapes - Pernambuco PE, no turno noturno.Como Gerente de Turno, você será responsável por liderar a operação noturna de uma Estação de Entrega.Seu papel envolverá fornecer suporte e liderança para Líderes de Equipe, Operadores e Prestadores de Serviços de Entrega, além de gerenciar relacionamentos e o desempenho de agências externas.Você fará parte de um ambiente altamente colaborativo, dinâmico e inovador, onde ideias são valorizadas e experimentação é incentivada.Nosso objetivo é encontrar soluções criativas e práticas para entregar os melhores resultados aos nossos clientes.Buscamos profissionais com um histórico de excelência em qualidade e foco no cliente, que prosperem em cenários rápidos e desafiadores, e que estejam prontos para atuar em contextos de alta ambiguidade e constantes mudanças.Se você gosta de desafios e está preparado para liderar e entregar resultados em um ambiente que combina o dinamismo de uma start-up com a estrutura de uma grande empresa, queremos conhecer vocêKey job responsibilities- Estar baseado em um de nossos postos de entrega, no turno da noite.A Amazon opera 24 horas por dia, 7 dias por semana, portanto, o trabalho em turnos fará parte dessa função, incluindo finais de semana e feriados;- Supervisão da operação que foca na entrega de pedidos da Amazon direto aos clientes;- Apoiar sua equipe de líderes operacionais na gestão diária do posto de entrega.Isso incluirá alocação de mão de obra, liderança de reuniões, atribuição de tarefas e comunicação com fornecedores internos e externos;- Trabalhar com KPIs como On Time Dispatch, First Day Delivery Success e melhorar o atendimento ao cliente;- Pensar analiticamente sobre gerenciamento de projetos com atenção aos detalhes, capacidade de influenciar os outros e habilidades organizacionais excepcionais;- Ser obcecado por métricas e mergulhar fundo para encontrar as causas raízes rapidamente para gerar melhorias;- Encontrar soluções práticas e simples para problemas complexos sem sacrificar a qualidade ou a funcionalidade principal.Utilizando habilidades excepcionais de resolução de problemas e comunicação para influenciar o público comercial e técnico;- Fornecer suporte diário durante a implantação/implementação de novos sistemas/processos e coletar feedback;- Mapeamento de requisitos de negócios, entendimento de processos de negócios, estudo e análise de fluxos de trabalho e desenho de soluções;- Utilizar continuamente ferramentas de software e hardware para garantir operações normais do dia a dia.Garantir que os associados tenham as ferramentas adequadas para realizar o trabalho e coordenar o reparo ou substituição quando necessário;- Comunicar métricas diárias e relatar exceções a outros departamentos de Operações e em toda a Amazon, conforme necessário.- Experiência em E-commerce;- Conhecimentos em gestão de projetos ou de processos;- Inglês Avançado;
