Role: Applications Analyst – Braze / CJO
Key Responsibilities:
Design and execute personalized customer journeys using Braze and CJO platforms.
Integrate Braze with CRM and analytics systems to enable seamless data flow.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize engagement strategies based on insights.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to deliver targeted, impactful outreach.
Location: Mexico City
Language Requirement: Advanced English – mandatory
Relocation Requirement: Must be available to work remotely from Brazil during the initial period, with mandatory relocation to Mexico after the probation period
