Quality Inspector I

The professional will be responsible for performing quality inspections in the warehouse and on the assembly line, ensuring that raw materials, components, and final products comply with technical drawings and specifications.They will be required to record non-conformities and data in the system, support critical analysis and problem solving, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure compliance with standards and norms.They will also work to identify and implement continuous improvements, contributing to the efficiency and quality of production processes.Perform quality inspections on raw materials, components, and parts in the warehouse, ensuring compliance with technical drawings and specifications;Perform inspections during the assembly line, using measuring instruments and metrology techniques to ensure product quality;Record data and non-conformities in the ERP system (QAD), monitoring performance indicators (KPIs) related to quality;Analyze identified problems using quality tools such as flowcharts, Ishikawa diagrams, and check sheets;Support continuous improvement actions and Lean Manufacturing practices to optimize production processes;Collaborate with production, engineering, and warehouse teams to ensure product compliance and problem resolution;Ensure compliance with technical standards, internal standards, and safety procedures during inspection activities.Requirements:Previous experience with ERP systems, preferably QAD;Knowledge and practice in reading technical drawings and metrology;Experience as a quality inspector for products and parts;Basic knowledge of critical problem analysis and KPI management;Understanding of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement processes;Proficiency in Office Suite and Power BI;Familiarity with quality tools, such as flowcharts, Ishikawa diagrams, and check sheets;Green Belt certification is desirable;Technical training in mechanics or related areas;Behavioral profile: flexibility, good communication, patience to listen to demands, and ability to work in a team.#J-*****-Ljbffr
