Role Overview:We are seeking an experienced internal talent advisor to join our team in Brazil.
As a senior-level professional, you will serve as a strategic liaison between clients and recruiters.This position requires strong stakeholder management skills, operational insight, and leadership capabilities.
The ideal candidate has a background in full-cycle recruiting or HR roles with a focus on recruitment and proven experience in client-facing roles.Key Responsibilities:Act as the primary point of contact between clients and recruiters, ensuring high-quality recruitment services.Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and senior stakeholders, offering strategic consulting and data-driven recommendations.Oversee the performance of the recruitment delivery team, ensuring service level agreements and key performance indicators are consistently met.Analyze operational data and identify trends to proactively solve issues and drive improvements in recruiting processes.Influence and guide the team toward achieving delivery goals and maintaining client satisfaction.Present insights, updates, and reports to internal and client-side leadership.Required Qualifications:Minimum 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting or HR roles with an emphasis on talent acquisition.Previous experience in staffing, RPO, or talent consulting firms, especially in client-facing or manager-facing roles.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Native Portuguese, fluent in English (Spanish is a plus).
Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and professional presence.Ability to analyze operational challenges and implement strategic solutions.Proven ability to lead recruitment teams toward high performance and successful delivery.
