OverviewYour wellbeing, our mission.Join a company shaping a healthier world.At Wellhub we're revolutionizing workplace wellness.Our platform connects employees worldwide to the best partners for fitness, mindfulness, therapy, nutrition, and sleep—all in one simple subscription.Headquartered in NYC with team members in 11 countries, we're on a mission to make every company a wellness company.We believe work should be fulfilling, inspiring, and balanced.Here, you'll find a team that values wellbeing, collaboration, and different perspectives, where passion and creativity push boundaries to create real impact.Your contributions will help shape a healthier, more balanced world for you and millions of people globally.Join us in redefining the future of wellbeingTHE OPPORTUNITYWe are hiring a Staff Product Manager in our Explore&Search Team in BrazilThis is a Remote – Brazil position, meaning you can work from anywhere within the country.Please note that this role is only open to candidates in Brazil.The Consumer Experience team in Product & Technology is responsible for evolving our product towards providing a simple, engaging and delightful partner discoverability experience, helping users start and cultivate their wellbeing journey with Wellhub.The Explore & Search team's goal is to evolve the Wellhub app's browsing and search journeys providing users with an increasingly intuitive experience for discovering our diverse range of partners and activities, showcasing Wellhub' value proposition in order to attract, engage, and retain subscribers.YOUR IMPACTDrive the product vision for providing a great partner discoverability experience for our Members and Subscribers.Defined product requirements, actively collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders within Wellhub to propose new product solutions as well as to continuously review and improve the current product functionality and performance;Analyze and assess product opportunities to unlock better partner discoverability and value perception of Wellhub's networkBuild, communicate and discuss your product vision with internal stakeholders;Drive product planning, build and manage high quality roadmaps;Work closely with data, product design, engineering, and data science teams to deliver well rounded, scalable and stunning product features;Define goals, metrics, track, and report their progress;Design and run user tests, qualitative surveys, and AB tests.Analyze product data to generate insights and identify opportunities that range from the end user experience all the way to the Search & Recommendation APIs, from improving the way partners are showcased on the interface to rankings and models.Work closely with the Technical Program Manager responsible for the APIs to ensure planning alignment and smooth product improvements cycles.Live the mission: inspire and empower others by genuinely caring for your own wellbeing and your colleagues.Bring wellbeing to the forefront of work, and create a supportive environment where everyone feels comfortable taking care of themselves, taking time off, and finding work-life balance.WHO YOU AREExperience leading the product development of relevant consumer digital products, in close collaboration with engineering and design team members;Hands on mindset, entrepreneurial and self-driven spirit with a great desire to make things happen;Analytical and quantitative skills is a must, ability to use data and metrics to generate insights, iterate and improve the product;Strong problem solving -
