Finance Manager RoleSeeking a highly skilled finance manager to join our organization.The ideal candidate will possess strong financial planning and analysis skills, with the ability to drive business growth through informed decision-making.Key ResponsibilitiesTreasury Management: Monitor daily cash flow and project future balances, manage bank accounts and reconciliations, plan fund transfers, and ensure banking security.Accounts Payable: Coordinate payment cycles, post invoices accurately, implement payment policies, control due dates for contracts, monitor advances, and support financial automation initiatives.Accounts Receivable & Collections: Coordinate billing, monitor delinquency reports, implement collection policies, develop management reports by property / project, and negotiate with customers and legal teams when required.Credit Management: Implement and review the company's credit policy, perform customer analysis, classify customers according to risk levels, monitor delinquency indicators, train commercial and operational teams, and lead continuous improvement projects.In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership to drive strategic decisions and contribute to the overall success of the organization.If you are a results-driven finance professional looking to take your career to the next level, we encourage you to apply.#J-*****-Ljbffr
