Near is a startup focused on bridging the gap between remote Latin American talent and companies hiring in the US and abroad.Our team spans 20+ members across four different countries.We've landed numerous great customers and have helped hundreds of people from LatAm improve their lives and wallets with jobs at US companies.We're looking for a driven and entrepreneurial Account Executive who is autonomous, creative, and enterprising to join our team.This is a financially rewarding opportunity with a highly competitive compensation structure – uncapped commission.If you can source and qualify leads effectively, you'll make a lot of money.Responsibilities: Develop and execute plans to achieve sales targets Expand revenue originated from existing accounts Create new opportunities through outbound prospecting.Close inbound leads Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships Leverage our existing network to get referrals Understand industry-specific landscapes and trends.Become an expert in the staffing industry.Qualifications: Excellent communication skills.Native-like English level Demonstrated ability to problem solve and effectively manage time.A proactive mindset: always pursuing your next goal.Motivated by commission and career growth.Track record of exceeding quota as SDR.Traits that Would Make You a Strong Fit: Proactive.Optimistic and positive.Intense, driving, and impatient (with regard to results and getting work done).Pay attention to detail when necessary.High EQ – can read the room and connect with people Responds empathetic to others.Follow-through skills.Accountability Benefits : Competitive compensation.Uncapped commission – the more you close, the higher your commission will be.Results-focused role and team.No BS.No unnecessary processes and bureaucracy.Opportunity to grow and work on larger and more complex deals.A team with a great culture.Join a team of high-performers.
