OverviewWe are seeking a remote Senior Data Quality Engineer to work closely with our Data Platform Architect and Data Architect and lead the implementation of data quality on our platform, ensuring data is accurate, complete, and consistent.The ideal candidate will have advanced experience in software development with Big Data technologies and a solid understanding of distributed computing principles.ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement data quality processes and frameworksWork with product and engineering teams to ensure data is accurate, complete, and consistentCollaborate with architects and technical leads to drive decisionsActively participate in code reviews and ensure solutions meet best practice specificationsFoster a high-performance engineering culture and mentor team membersRequirements3+ years of experience in data quality engineeringAdvanced experience in software development with Big Data technologiesKnowledge of Java, Python, SQL, Apache Spark, Apache KafkaSolid cloud experience with more than one leading Cloud provider (AWS/Azure/GCP)Analytical approach to problem-solvingStrong understanding of compliance awareness such as GDPR and HIPAANice to haveExcellent organizational and communicational skillsWe offerInternational projects with top brandsWork with global teams of highly skilled, diverse peersEmployee financial programsPaid time off and sick leaveUpskilling, reskilling and certification coursesUnlimited access to the LinkedIn Learning library and 22,000+ coursesGlobal career opportunitiesVolunteer and community involvement opportunitiesEPAM Employee GroupsAward-winning culture recognized by Glassdoor, Newsweek and LinkedInSeniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionInformation Technology, Engineering, and ResearchIndustriesSoftware Development, IT Services and IT Consulting, and Technology, Information and Internet#J-18808-Ljbffr
