Junte-se a nós comoPayroll Business Partnering ManagerFunção:HRLocalidade:São Paulo ou ValinhosTermos e Condições:Tempo integral, modelo híbrido (duas ou três vezes presencial no escritório)Contrato por prazo determinado, inicialmente por um ano.About The RolePayroll business partner roleis a strategic role responsible for aligning payroll operations with a company's overall business objectives.Unlike a traditional payroll manager who focuses purely on administration, a payroll business partner works closely with leadership to provide expert advice, optimize processes, and influence strategy using payroll data to add value to the business.The Sr.Manager will play a key role in shaping the global payroll strategy—strengthening controls, improving data integrity, and building scalable solutions through strong vendor partnerships and cross-functional collaboration.Success in this role requires a balance of strategic vision and hands-on execution, ensuring that payroll delivery is accurate, compliant, and resilient across diverse regulatory environment.This is an opportunity to lead with purpose and influence within a fast-paced, innovative organization—partnering with global stakeholders to deliver best-in-class payroll operations and contribute to the company's growth, culture, and operational excellence.You'll be part of a team that believes in doing work that matters—for people and for the planet.Because here, we don't just hire for jobs.We invite you to be part of something bigger.That is an invitation to you joining an innovative and engaged Payroll team, awarded by the Brazilian market in ****, that works close to business and delivers extraordinary results to create the best Business and Employee experience at Unilever.Responsibilities:Manages complex, departmental and/or cross-company work with partnering with key stakeholders in implementing best-in-class processes and practices for payroll.Partner with stakeholders HR, Tech, Legal, Employee Relations, Accounting, Treasury, Risk Management, Taxes, Health department, Employee/Industrial Relations, Controllership, Payroll Tech and Product TeamsLead communication & relationships with internal & external stakeholders, acting as Payroll business partnering to the businessManage business continuity planning for payroll contingencies and staffingStrong organizational skills, detail oriented and the ability to perform under pressure.Ensure all payroll processes are documented, performed, and reviewed continually in line with SOX compliance, control requirements, internal and external policies, laws and best practicesHigh degree of expertise in leveraging strong analytical and problem-solving skills techniques in audit and validation to deliver accurate and robust payroll support to employees, stakeholders, and partners.Develop, drive and support process standardization, remediation, and the optimization of payroll procedures by ensuring strong internal controls and risks associated with payroll activities are effectively identified, measured, monitored, and controlledCompile and maintain key operational payroll metrics & dashboards, ensure SLAs are effectively implemented and meet with Payroll Customer Services, plan and host operational review meetings to monitor payroll service levelsResponsible for developing, communicating and achieving team or department vision and goalsBroaden learnings and best practices to other marketsManage outsourced payroll vendors that support our operationsBasic QualificationsDirect Leadership of Payroll teamStrong payroll experience with a focus on BrazilProven record in payroll operations, including regulatory compliance, statutory reporting, tax withholding, salary schemes, and social security requirementsBackground managing complex payroll operations, projects, and stakeholdersPreferred QualificationsExperience driving performance and managing complex prioritiesSkilled in developing business cases, justifying resources, and executing strategic initiatives that align with organizational goalsProficient level in SAP HCM and SAP FIORI systems, Workday, ServiceNow, and CRMExperience in vendor management, system integrations, and project implementations.Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite.Experience in remote and regionally/globally distributed work environments is a plus.Unilever is an organisation committed to equity, inclusion and diversity to drive our business results and create a better future, every day, for our diverse employees, global consumers, partners, and communities.We believe a diverse workforce allows us to match our growth ambitions and drive inclusion across the business.At Unilever we are interested in every individual bring their 'Whole Self' to work and this includes youThus if you require any support or access requirements, we encourage you to advise us at the time of your application so that we can support you through your recruitment journey.#J-*****-Ljbffr
