Job Title: Document Review SpecialistThe Document Review Specialist will be responsible for conducting thorough assessments of translated legal documents within our international division.Collaborate with the Project Management team to clarify project parameters and ensure seamless execution.Conduct in-depth quality checks on translations to guarantee accuracy and consistency.Establish effective communication channels with vendors worldwide to reconcile errors and resolve any discrepancies.Utilize available technology solutions to implement process improvements and enhance productivity.A successful Document Review Specialist must possess:Experience in reviewing and proofreading translated documents, particularly legal documents, with a keen eye for detail.Familiarity with Computer-Assisted Translation (CAT) tools is highly desirable.Proficiency in relevant computer skills, including Microsoft Office, to manage and analyze data effectively.Experience with Adobe Acrobat or similar tools to ensure seamless document processing.A focused, detail-oriented, and client-centric mindset to drive results and meet expectations.Ability to set and meet multiple deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and optimize productivity.Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration and resolution of issues.Proven problem-solving skills to address complex challenges and develop innovative solutions.Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and adapt to changing priorities.
