The candidate will have the opportunity to apply GenAI and agentic AI capabilities, making this a great opportunity for those interested in the AI field.Responsibilities:Work with business partners, IT teams, data scientists, and customers to develop AI-powered software solutions.Design, develop, and implement AI-driven applications using Python and web stack.Collaborate on designing, prototyping, and testing analytic products.Acquire data from primary/secondary sources and manage databases/systems.Create analytical dashboards / software UI for insights.Conduct regular testing of systems and software to ensure optimal functioning.Troubleshoot and resolve issues and defects in AI applications.Stay updated with latest industry trends and technologies.Provide technical guidance and coaching to developers and engineers.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.Experience in full-stack development , React, ).
Proficiency in Python frameworks (FastAPI/Django) and SQL/MongoDB.Familiarity with cloud services (Azure, AWS, gen AI/LangChain/LangGraph).
Understanding of GenAI, agentic AI capabilities, and RAG.Experience with SQL, Hadoop, or Spark is a plus.Additional Considerations:Proven experience as software developer/engineer/scientist.Strong problem-solving skills, detail-oriented, self-driven, quick learner.Ability to work independently in an agile environment.Good communication skills for presenting products to diverse teams.Desirable: Business strategy understanding, versatile with tools.This role is ideal for someone passionate about AI/ML, gen AI, and agentic AI, bridging technical development and business application, requiring both technical expertise and collaboration skills.IQVIA is a leading global provider of clinical research services, commercial insights, and healthcare intelligence.
