Key ResponsibilitiesAs a key member of our team, you will be responsible for technical authority over the full guidance and control lifecycle, encompassing Modeling & Simulation (MIL/SIL/PIL), Guidance & Control Algorithms, Tracking Systems, and Estimation Filters (EKF/KF).Leading the investigation and implementation of emerging technologies and futuristic methodologies.Managing all phases of flight test campaigns, including pre-flight preparation, rigorous execution, and thorough post-flight analysis.Providing technical expertise and mentoring to engineers across all levels (Junior to Senior).Requirements for SuccessThe ideal candidate will possess:10–15 years of experience in the development of guided weapon systems, missiles, or relevant defense technologies.A minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering management and technical leadership roles, with a proven ability to lead teams and establish new capabilities.Deep knowledge of the entire Systems Engineering Process (qualification, acceptance, flight testing) and a strong background in flight dynamics, embedded systems, and missile control.A Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Electrical, Mechanical, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.About the RoleThis is a Full-Time Employee position requiring a professional who is willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi, UAE.A comprehensive relocation package is offered to ensure a smooth transition.This role offers a clear career path toward Senior Principal Engineer and Chief Engineer, allowing you to directly shape the technological future of defense in the region.
