Job Title: Procurement SpecialistThe Procurement Specialist is responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers to achieve optimal contract terms.Leads the contracting process with clients in B2B and B2C environments, focusing on securing competitive rates.Negotiates contract renewal conditions such as rate, inventory, offers, release periods, marketing contributions, overrides, and cancellation policy.Monitors the performance of each hotel, working closely with Yield Managers to ensure competitiveness and availability.Serves as key point of contact for experienced suppliers and develops excellent relationships.Supports the resolution of major supplier or client complaints, negotiating suitable solutions.Educates suppliers on the value proposition and marketing tools to optimize contract income.This role requires strong negotiation and relationship management skills, experience in procurement and supplier management within the travel industry, excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in relevant software tools and systems.Required Skills and Qualifications:Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.Experience in procurement and supplier management.Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency in relevant software tools and systems.What We Offer:As a Procurement Specialist, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in procurement and supplier management, while contributing to the success of our organization.
