Transform Your Career with Data InsightsWe are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team, where you will drive business growth through data-driven decisions.In this role, you will be responsible for developing interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI, as well as performing data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) with a focus on analysis and visualization.Key Responsibilities:Design and implement data visualizations to communicate insights and trends to stakeholdersDevelop and maintain complex SQL queries to support data analysis and reporting needsCollaborate with technical and business teams to understand requirements and translate them into efficient analytical solutionsWork with data integration and manipulation platforms such as Palantir Foundry or Databricks to drive business outcomesContribute to the construction of data pipelines and automations to streamline processes and improve efficiencyDocument BI processes, data flows, and best practices to ensure knowledge sharing and continuous improvementRequirements:Advanced experience with Power BI (modeling, DAX, reports)Solid knowledge in SQL (complex queries, performance)Previous technical experience in IT/Development, with good programming logicExperience with Palantir Foundry or DatabricksTCS promotes an inclusive culture, always working towards equity.
