###### Main responsibilitiesCollecting and handling data and information for the construction of analyzes and presentations.Conducting sector/market studies for the creation of investment theses, supported by the senior team.Supporting senior team for prospecting potential targets and with preliminary adherence analysis to the portfolio company or new thesis.Setting up analyzes for company acquisitions, M&A, New Business and/or Divestment.Acting as a facilitator of the due diligence, as an intermediary between the third party and the company for the preparation of reports.Evaluating legal documents (notices, concession contracts, resolutions) for preliminary risk analysis.Guiding and reviewing the interns' work, while contributing to their development.###### RequirementsBachelor degree completedAdvanced knowledge in corporate finance (valuation, multiples, etc.).Fluent in English.Strong analytical skills.Microsoft Office pack domain.
