Endpoint Automation Manager

Job Title: Endpoint Automation ManagerWe are seeking a highly skilled Endpoint Automation Manager to lead our team of engineers in maintaining and securing corporate devices across the globe.The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical guidance, overseeing maintenance, patching, and compliance for 600+ Windows and macOS endpoints using NinjaOne.The role involves driving automation initiatives, reducing manual processes, and minimizing end-user contact time.Ensuring endpoints meet compliance requirements, developing and implementing endpoint security policies and procedures, managing vendor relationships, responding to complex endpoint issues, and maintaining hands-on technical involvement.The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of people management experience in IT technical teams, 5+ years of hands-on endpoint management experience, strong proficiency in NinjaOne and similar endpoint management platforms, experience managing both Windows and macOS environments at scale, and demonstrated experience automating endpoint management tasks using PowerShell, Python, or similar.Required skills include deep understanding of patch management, software deployment, configuration management, experience maintaining compliance with security frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO *****, GDPR, and CCPA, strong troubleshooting skills, excellent communication skills, and ability to work independently in a remote environment.Bonus points for experience in cybersecurity, identity governance, industries, certifications like Microsoft 365 Certified Modern Desktop Administrator, experience with zero-trust security models, endpoint detection response (EDR) tools, automation tools, scripting, large-scale deployments, and self-service IT solutions.This is a fully remote position with occasional meetings across global time zones.On-call rotation participation may be required for critical issues.
