Job Title: Language Specialist">Job Description: As a key member of our team, you will contribute to the development of Large Language Models (LLMs) by evaluating prompts, rating AI-generated outputs, and creating high-quality content that refines AI performance.">Key Responsibilities:">Evaluate accuracy, coherence, and contextual relevance of AI-generated responses.">Provide structured feedback on AI outputs, identifying errors, biases, or inconsistencies.">Develop, edit, and curate high-quality content for training datasets across diverse domains.">Collaborate with cross-functional teams of linguists, data annotators, and AI researchers.">">Requirements:">To succeed in this role, you'll need a Master's degree in Linguistics, Language Studies, Translation, or a related field. A strong command of written and spoken language is essential, as well as experience in content writing, editing, or evaluation. Analytical skills and attention to detail are also vital.">Additional Information:">We value cultural and linguistic nuances in our model training, so if you have an interest in AI, natural language processing (NLP), or large language models, it's a plus.We require two assessments, so please only apply if you're available and ready to collaborate on the project.
