As an MEP Manager at ALEMCO, you'll play a critical leadership role, overseeing all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works on-site to ensure timely, safe, and compliant project execution.
They collaborate closely with internal teams, subcontractors, and authorities, while managing design coordination, documentation, budgeting, and health & safety standards.Your RoleExecution & Delivery: Full lifecycle management of MEP activities, from installation through commissioning.Cross-Department Collaboration: Work with Construction, Commercial, Design, and Planning teams to ensure smooth operations.Compliance & Quality: Maintain regulatory and safety compliance; drive continuous improvement across MEP procedures.Team Leadership: Recruit, align, and engage MEP staff while promoting efficient workflows and cross-functional clarity.Contractual Management: Ensure Head Contract terms are fulfilled, support cost/time claims, and manage document approvals.Subcontractor Oversight: Supervise subcontractor progress, safety adherence, and delivery of finalized records and approvals.What We're Looking ForBachelor's in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalentMinimum 15 years of MEP and construction management experienceStrong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving abilitiesExceptional communication and cross-team collaboration skillsWhat We OfferThe opportunity to contribute to iconic infrastructure projects in the UAE.A supportive environment that values innovation, teamwork, and technical excellence.Opportunities for professional development and career progression.Tax-free earnings & relocation packageReady to Engineer the Future?
