We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Linux Systems Engineer to join our team.This role will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing our real-time data systems.The successful candidate will have a strong background in Linux infrastructure engineering, with experience in managing complex data systems.Key Responsibilities:Resolving Data Quality Issues: The candidate will identify and resolve data quality issues, including root cause analysis and vendor management.On-Call Support: The engineer will provide on-call support for incident management, problem, and change management.Data Accuracy and Timeliness: The candidate will ensure the optimal accuracy and timeliness of data in real-time, implementing monitoring tools to detect data issues.Cross-Functional Collaboration: The engineer will work closely with regional and global Market Data Infrastructure teams to share knowledge and experience, enriching the team's capability and providing high-quality services.L2 Alert Management: The candidate will manage alerts requiring knowledge for resolution, creating and updating resolutions in knowledge bases, run books, scripts, and ITRS rules where possible.Incident Management: The engineer will manage the incident lifecycle from identification to resolution, mitigating business impact in the production environment.Change Management: The candidate will manage the process of making production changes to the ticker plant, including mandatory updates, software changes, and upgrades performed by vendors or internal teams.Additional Responsibilities: Release Management, Event Management, User Support, and Reporting.
