That's where you come in.The RoleAs Supply Chain Manager, you'll lead the strategy and execution that keeps our products flowing — from factory to doorstep. You'll have end-to-end ownership over global inventory, forecasting, fulfillment, and supplier relationships.This isn't a behind-the-scenes role. It's mission-critical. You'll ensure customers around the world get our products on time, at the right cost, and with a frictionless experience that builds loyalty.What You'll Be Responsible For Inventory That Works for Us — Not Against UsManage global inventory levels across Shopify, Amazon, and 3 PLsOwn demand forecasting — leveraging sales history, seasonality, and launchesPrevent overstock and stockouts through data-driven planning Fulfillment That Scales with GrowthOptimize our order flow from purchase order to delivery across all marketsCoordinate with 3 PLs, Amazon FBA, and warehouses to maintain SLA performanceEnsure seamless restocks and product transfers across regions Supplier & Logistics LeadershipBuild and maintain strong supplier relationships — proactively managing lead times, quality, and costOversee freight and logistics operations (freight forwarders, customs, tariffs, etc.)Negotiate timelines and payment terms that balance speed with capital efficiency Visibility, Dashboards, and Decision SupportDevelop internal dashboards that show real-time inventory and supply chain healthTrack KPIs: inventory turnover, fulfillment times, landed cost, aging inventory, etc.Share actionable insights with leadership to inform purchasing, pricing, and promo strategy Strategic Initiatives & Cost OptimizationIdentify cost-saving opportunities across shipping, warehousing, and procurementPartner with Finance to align purchasing with cash flow and profitability goalsSupport Marketing with inventory-driven campaign recommendationsWhat We're Looking ForMust-Haves:5+ years of supply chain experience, ideally in ecommerce or D2 CDeep familiarity with Amazon FBA, Shopify, and global fulfillment networksProven ability to manage end-to-end logistics — from POs to last-mile deliveryStrong Excel/data skills — you know your way around a pivot table and a demand modelExperience managing freight, customs, and multi-region inventory flowsBonus Points:Experience with high-growth consumer product brandsPrior work in multi-market fulfillment (US, Canada, EU, Asia)Familiarity with tools like Inventory Planner, Net Suite, Airtable, or similarBackground in cost accounting or experience working closely with FinancePersonal Traits:Highly organized with strong attention to detailComfortable owning processes end-to-endStrategic thinker who can balance short-term action with long-term planningClear communicator who thrives in cross-functional collaborationCalm under pressure and comfortable with complexityWhy Join Us?
