Job Title:Language Evaluation SpecialistJob Description:Evaluate AI system outputs by assessing accuracy, quality, clarity, and cultural alignment of model responses against complex guidelines.Key Responsibilities:Assess the quality of LLM outputs across multiple modalities.Evaluate the correctness, coherence, completeness, style, and cultural appropriateness of model responses.Identify subtle errors, hallucinations, or biases in AI responses.Apply domain expertise to resolve ambiguous or unclear outputs.Provide detailed written feedback, tagging, and scoring of outputs.Requirements:Bachelor's degree or equivalent educational qualification.1+ years of experience in data annotation, LLM evaluation, content moderation, or related AI/ML domains.Skills & Competencies:Strong critical reading, observational, and evaluative skills.Ability to articulate nuanced judgments with precision and clarity.Excellent English comprehension; additional languages a plus.Familiarity with LLMs, generative AI, and multimodal systems.
