Data Insights AnalystOur organization seeks a skilled Data Insights Analyst to join our team.This professional will extract valuable insights from complex data sets and provide actionable recommendations to drive business decisions.Work closely with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and identify key performance indicators (KPIs)Develop and maintain databases, data warehouses, and data marts to ensure data quality and integrityCreate interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau to facilitate data visualization and explorationConduct statistical analysis and machine learning modeling to uncover hidden patterns and trends in the dataDeploy data solutions to meet business requirements and ensure timely delivery of resultsRequirements for this position include:Essential Skills:At least 3 years of experience developing Business Intelligence dashboards and reportsStrong analytical skills and ability to communicate complex ideas effectivelyProficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BIExperience with data warehousing and ETL processes using SSIS or similar technologiesAdvanced English language proficiencyPreferred Skills:Experience with cloud-based data platforms and big data technologiesKnowledge of SQL Server database architecture and advanced querying techniques Familiarity with agile project management methodologiesThis role offers a challenging and rewarding opportunity to work with a dynamic team and make a significant impact on our organization's success.
