Operations ManagerThis role is responsible for leading the operational backbone behind internal training systems, documentation structure, and methodology governance.The successful candidate will maintain a centralized repository of internal processes, training curricula, templates, and onboarding structures.They will ensure consultants follow the right learning paths, have access to accurate materials, and that methodologies remain organized, structured, and current.This is a hands-on, detail-oriented role focused on execution, documentation discipline, and content operations, in addition to management responsibilities.In the short term this person will develop the content to support operational processes and over time will build up its own team.Create and maintain detailed process documentation and knowledge repositories.Develop and enforce consistency standards for all materials.Maintain a centralized template library that is easy for consultants to access and navigate.Ensure internal methodologies are accurately documented and regularly updated.Create and maintain training curricula and LMS development.Buid onboarding flows and track consultant participation in learning paths.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess Documentation: Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive process documentation across the organization.Knowledge Repository: Create and maintain a centralized repository of internal processes, training curricula, templates, and onboarding structures.Methodology Governance: Ensure internal methodologies are accurately documented and regularly updated.LMS Development: Create and maintain training curricula and Learning Management System (LMS) development.Onboarding: Buid onboarding flows and track consultant participation in learning paths.
