Trust Accountant Support TrainerLocation:Brazil, fully remoteType:Full-time, 8hours/dayAvailability:ASAP to 2 weeksRate:5,000 BRL to 14,000 BRL per monthLevel:Junior to SeniorSetup:PJ/ConsultancyIndustry:Hospitality/Accommodation/RentalExperience:Accounting or Bookkeeping (Required)Onboarding Clients to understand AccountingEquipment:Needs to have own machine, equipment not providedJob DescriptionDo you have a strong accounting background but want more variety than balance sheets and reports?Do you enjoy teaching others, solving problems, and helping people succeed?If so, this role might be the perfect fit.As a Software Accounting Trainer / Onboarding Specialist, you'll play a key role in guiding new clients in the vacation rental industry through their onboarding process.You'll ensure proper setup of taxes, fees, and trust accounting, and train clients on how to use the software system effectively to stay compliant and confident.This role blends accounting expertise with training, customer service, and problem-solving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead onboarding and transition sessions for new vacation rental clients, ensuring accurate accounting system setup.Train clients via Zoom on all accounting functions within the system, including trust accounting.Perform and review accounting tasks such as:Bank and non-bank account reconciliationsEntering transactions and journal entriesPreparing Trial Balance and Trust reportsReviewing client entries for errors and developing correction plansIdentify misplaced or invalid data, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution.Respond to support tickets and client calls promptly, providing clear, professional guidance.Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional customer service.Write and update knowledge base articles to support client and internal education.Lead webinars and group training sessions for clients and staff on accounting best practices.Document and analyze client questions and escalate issues when necessary.Collaborate with instructional design and internal teams to create and improve training resources.Participate in team meetings and internal projects, contributing to process improvements and knowledge sharing.Qualifications & Requirements2–5 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience, preferably in property management or vacation rental industries.Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent professional experience.Strong understanding of accounting principles; trust accounting knowledge highly preferred.Experience with accounting for vacation rentals, property management, or hospitality a strong plus.Proficiency with Excel, Word, and video conferencing tools (Zoom or equivalent).Proven success in delivering excellent customer service.Ability to communicate complex accounting concepts clearly to clients and colleagues.Strong organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail.Professional, polished, and engaging personality with an approachable teaching style.Thrives in a fast-paced environment; quick learner and adaptable team player.Why Join Us?This role is ideal for accounting professionals who want to apply their technical expertise in a more dynamic, client-facing role.You'll directly support vacation rental property managers by helping them master their accounting systems, stay in trust, and operate with confidence.At the same time, you'll build skills in training, client success, and process improvement while working in one of the fastest-growing segments of the hospitality industry.
