AI EngineerJoin our team of talented software engineers and be at the forefront of building innovative, AI-driven solutions.At Shipix, you'll have the opportunity to create groundbreaking products from scratch, tackling diverse challenges and making a significant impact across various industries.Shipix is dedicated to empowering businesses with intelligent tools that drive competitiveness, profitability, and sustainability.While our roots are in transforming the logistics sector, we are expanding our expertise to develop cutting-edge, AI-powered systems for a range of new projects.We foster a collaborative environment where deep technological expertise meets creative problem-solving.As part of our international team, based in the Netherlands and Brazil, you will play a key role in building and launching new applications, and shaping the future of our technology.Your Role:As an AI Engineer, you'll be at the cutting edge of building and deploying robust, scalable, and impactful AI-powered solutions.You'll partner with product teams to deliver production-ready ML features, from concept through deployment and continuous improvement.You can have more experience in AI, fullstack or vibe coding, but you should be comfortable working across the full stack when necessary.Responsibilities:Design, build, and deploy AI/ML models and end-to-end AI agent systems—from concept through production deployment—focused on measurable business impact.Develop multi-agent systems using leading frameworks and orchestration platforms to automate complex, multi-step business workflows.Build and maintain AI agent infrastructure including tool integration, memory management, state persistence, and agent-to-agent communication patterns.Integrate AI agents with enterprise systems, APIs, and data sources using cloud-based agent platforms and orchestration tools.Rapidly prototype and iterate new AI agent features, directly contributing to product-market fit.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure AI capabilities are understandable, actionable, and valuable to users.Participate in Agile team activities, including daily async check-ins, weekly planning and DDD meetings.Ensure high code quality through code reviews and collaborative development practices.Contribute to a steep learning curve by sharing knowledge and best practices with team members.Requirements:3+ years of experience in software development1+ years of experience in AI agents developmentExperience with cloud-based AI agent platforms and Model Context Protocol (MCP) for agent tool integrationExperience creating multi-channel solutions integrated with Whatsapp, Slack, Telegram, or similar.Experience with no-code and low-code developmentEnglish speakerPreferred Experience:Experience creating, scaling, and monitoring production AI agent solutions with observability and governance practices.Proven experience building and deploying AI agent systems using modern agent frameworks and orchestration platforms such as:Agent orchestration frameworks: LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, n8n or similarCloud-based agent platforms: AWS Bedrock Agents, Google Vertex AI Agent Builder, Azure AI Agent Service, or equivalentExperience with visual workflow builders (n8n, Flowise) or code-first agent SDKs (LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen)Experience working remotely and exceptional organizational skills.Motivation and enthusiasm for tackling new project challenges from start to production.What We Offer:Competitive salary in Euros as a contractor (PJ).The opportunity to work with an international team.A dynamic and innovative environment where your ideas and contributions will make a real impact.Work with senior software engineersFlexibility to work remotely.Hybrid in Joinville, SC, Brazil.#J-*****-Ljbffr
