Our team works across locations and backgrounds, united by the goal of empowering talent to build, understand, and apply advanced AI systems.We collaborate with top academic institutions and industry leaders, and operate with the mindset of a product-driven, impact-oriented team — valuing initiative, curiosity, and clarity of execution.We are looking for a proactive Marketing Manager to join our core team and help scale our educational programs through strategic launches, channel experimentation, and performance-driven campaigns.What you will doCore ResponsibilitiesPlan and execute marketing campaigns: growth experiments, launches, channel testing.Collaborate with internal teams (product, design, content, PR).
Coordinate cross-functional efforts with marketing teams from business units across the group.Coordinate and oversee creation of marketing materials for email, landing pages, CRM, and messaging channels.Prioritize production tasks for visuals, copy, and promo content.Manage agency and contractors workflows for landing pages and creative assets.Analyze marketing performance and improve funnels.Support scaling of educational products across channels and formats.Tailor messaging to different segments.Conducting A/B tests for banners and messages, analyze the results, and draw conclusionsRequirements3+ years of experience in marketing roles.Strong project ownership and initiative.Confident campaigns management.Experience with CRM and automation tools (e.g. HubSpot).
