- Como Focus Improvement Specialist, você irá ser responsável por liderar iniciativas de mapeamento e modelagem de processos de alta complexidade, através do gerenciamento de projetos de melhoria contínua dentro da organização, sempre com foco na simplificação, padronização e digitalização das atividades;
- Mapeamento de Processos (AS IS e TO BE);
- Condução de reuniões para identificação de gaps e oportunidades de melhorias dos processos;
- Conhecimento em soluções com foco em produtividade e digitalização de serviços;
- Gestão e liderança em projetos e indicadores de melhoria contínua.
**Conhecimentos necessários**
- Bacharelado completo em: Engenharias.
Administração, Economia, Matemática Aplicada a Negócios ou áreas afins podem ser considerados;
- Mandatório Inglês Avançado/Fluente;
- Desejável Espanhol Avançado;
- Experiência em mapeamento e melhoria de processos, gerenciamento de projetos e melhoria contínua;
- Conhecimento em ferramentas de mapeamento de processos BPMN (Visio) e Lean (VSM);
- Desejável conhecimento em metodologias ágeis, DMAIC e ferramentas de qualidade;
- Desejável certificação em Green Belt Lean Six Sigma;
- Conhecimento em ferramentas de automação de processos para condução de projetos de melhoria.
- Habilidade em comunicação, organização, raciocínio lógico e resolução de problemas.
