Unlock a world of career growth as an SAP Data Assurance ManagerWe're on the lookout for an exceptional individual who shares our passion for innovation and learningThe ideal candidate will lead end-to-end SAP data conversion and loading lifecycle, including technical data preparation, conversion, execution of data loads, defect management, and reportingAs part of our team, you'll collaborate with project managers, functional leads, developers, and business stakeholders to define test strategies and ensure alignment with project goalsYou'll coordinate and manage data conversion and testing cycles, ensuring traceability between data conversion requirements, test cases, and defectsIn this role, you'll oversee data preparation in coordination with SAP platform, functional and other teamsProvide leadership and mentorship to other data team members, ensuring adherence to data conversion best practices and standardsTrack and report data preparation and conversion progress, risks, and issues to project leadershipKey Requirements:5+ years of experience in SAP data conversion, with at least 3 years in a data conversion or related data management roleStrong understanding of SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, WM, etc.) and their integration pointsExperience with SAP S/4HANA data conversion is preferredProficiency in data conversion tools such as ADM by SynitiExcellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesPREFERRED SKILLS:Experience with data conversion tools and frameworksFamiliarity with Agile and hybrid project methodologiesKnowledge of data conversion tools such as ADM by SynitiSAP Data Assurance Manager Key Responsibilities:Achieve seamless data conversion and loading, aligning with project timelines and objectivesEnsure accurate and efficient data preparation, leveraging expertise in SAP data conversion best practicesCultivate collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams, promoting effective communication and issue resolutionDevelop and implement robust test strategies, guaranteeing data integrity and qualityBenchmark industry trends, applying knowledge to optimize data conversion processesMentor junior team members, fostering knowledge transfer and growth opportunitiesAbout This Role:Be part of a dynamic team driving innovative solutions and pushing the boundaries of what's possibleOpportunities abound for professional growth and development, with a focus on continuous learning and improvementThis is your chance to take your career to new heights, joining forces with like-minded professionals in a culture that values collaboration and excellence
