Our commitment to customer success has made us a global leader in digital transformation.Headquartered in Dallas, Texas with offices in Bangalore (India), and Makati City (Philippines), iRely has nearly 40 years of experience providing end-to-end ERP and CTRM to over 500 customers in more than 25 countries.Here at iRely, we understand that your Business isn't simple, but our Innovative Software Solutions are.Key ResponsibilitiesUpgrade iRely's ERP software versions at client sites.Create project plans with timeline s and installs, upgrades and testing which typically range from 2 to 3 months.
Document and track project scope and deliverables.Collaborate with customers to ensure successful software deployment, testing, and go-live.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to upgrades and testing.Provide technical guidance to customers on system requirements and best practices.Qualifications & SkillsThe ideal candidate will be local to the Dallas /Fort Worth area.Candidates must be legally authorized to work for any employer in the US5 to 7 years' experience as Project Manager, IT or Software/Technical3 to 5 years' experience with software product Integration, preferably ERP or SaaS products and applications2 years Data Migration2-3 years' experience as a Business Analyst2 years Systems Integration experience is a plus.Create Project Plans for upgrades and testingExperience with UAP Testing, work with clients to perform testing, Auto/Manual /UAPBachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)PMP, and Agile certification is a plusFamiliarity with SQL databases, Windows/Linux environments, and networking concepts, JiraStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Strong customer interfacing skills (post-sales) is required.Excellent communication skills and customer service mindset.Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Background in Software Products or Software/Professional Services.Why Choose Us?
