Job Description:
Principais responsabilidades
* Responsável por conduzir as metas de negócios da franquia, desenvolver planos e garantir que as metas financeiras sejam consistentemente atingidas.
* Promover um ambiente de trabalho em equipe e boa comunicação.
* Assegurar o nível de atividade em campo e eficácia da equipe de vendas e distribuidores afim de atingir os objetivos de vendas.
* Forte capacidade de liderança, influência e tomada de decisão.
* Orientação para resultados com ética e conformidade regulatória.
* Excelentes habilidades de comunicação, negociação e gestão de conflitos.
* Capacidade analítica para interpretar dados de mercado e transformar em ações comerciais.
* Mentalidade de inovação e melhoria contínua.
* Estar em contato permanente com a equipe, dando coaching e apoiando seus planos de desenvolvimento.
* Colaborar e implementar estratégias de vendas e estratégias de inovação de canal.
Liderar e coordenar as necessidades com as áreas funcionais e de suporte.
* Apoiar a implantação da Estratégia de Desenvolvimento de Mercado.
* Garantir feedback permanente de nossos clientes e força de vendas, atualizando as atividades e táticas dos concorrentes.
* Trazer insights de voz do cliente para moldar a estratégia de negócios.
* Aplicar de forma consistente e garantir a conformidade junto a equipe e relatar imediatamente qualquer não conformidade por meio da HCC.
* Participação nas atividades do Programa de Desenvolvimento de Novos Gerentes Comerciais.
Esta posição se reporta ao Gerente Senior de Vendas Ethicon
Requisitos
- 3 anos de experiência em áreas comerciais no seguimento de Medical devices ou Pharma
- Experiencia com liderança de pessoas
- Inglês Intermediário desejável .
