Lead Software Engineer – Cor•Taboão da Serra, São Paulo, BrazilDescrição da vagaLead Software Engineer We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer / Engineering Manager to lead and manage our growing tech team.This is a hands-on leadership role for someone with deep technical expertise and strong experience managing teams and delivering high-quality software.You will be responsible for guiding architecture decisions, solving complex technical problems, and ensuring smooth execution across backend, frontend, and AI teams.ResponsibilitiesLead and manage a tech team of 2 Backend Engineers, 2 Frontend Engineers, and 2 AI Engineers.Own the entire software development lifecycle from planning to deployment.Act as a hands-on technical leader (coding, code reviews, architecture decisions).Solve complex technical challenges and unblock the team.Ensure tasks are delivered on time, with high quality and scalability.Improve engineering processes, standards, and best practices.Requirements8+ years of professional software development experience.Strong hands-on experience with Golang (Go) and Python (must-have).Proven experience leading and managing engineering teams.Strong understanding of backend systems, APIs, and scalable architectures.Experience working with cloud platforms: AWS, GCP, Azure, and DigitalOcean.Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Nice to haveExperience working with AI/ML engineers and AI-powered systems.Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.Startup or fast-paced product development experience.What we offerLeadership role with high ownership and impact.Opportunity to shape the technical direction of the product.Competitive compensation (based on experience).Flexible and collaborative work environment.#J-*****-Ljbffr
