What We're Looking For Fluent English (written & spoken) with strong communication skills Hands-on systems implementer: Hub Spot admin skills (workflows, custom objects/properties, reports), Click Up workflow design, advanced Google Sheets/Excel (lookups, pivots, queries).Comfortable unblocking with APIs/zaps when needed.Exceptional process design, implementation, and improvement skills.You love turning chaos into beautiful systems that you design, implement, monitor and constantly improve.You are obsessed with reaching excellence through incremental continuous improvement.Strong data analysis ability — spot trends and act fast.Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills Thrives in extremely high-pace environments: Highly organized, able to switch contexts seamlessly and deal with ambiguity, resilient under pressure, and motivated by continuous challenges — all while maintaining balance within a 40-hour workweek (no overtime expected).Compensation & Benefits Monthly Salary $2k - $3k USD 36 PTO days per year 100% Remote Work – work from anywhere Professional Development & Growth Opportunities ?
