???Role Overview
We're looking for aSenior ServiceNow Developerto join our high-performance global team.
You'll build custom applications, automate workflows, and integrate ServiceNow across enterprise environments.
This is aclient-facing, hands-on development rolerequiring technical depth and clear communication.
?Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, configure, and maintainServiceNow applications(scoped & global) across multiple modules.
Lead complex customizations usingscripting (Glide, JavaScript) and automation tools, including custom workflows, UI policies, client scripts, and business rules.
Architect and implementREST/SOAP integrations, leveraging Integration Hub, MID Servers, and ERP connectivity.
Driveinstance upgrades, performance optimization, and adherence to best practices.
Collaborate withUS-based clients and cross-functional teams, gathering requirements and delivering enterprise-scale solutions.
Mentor junior developers and contribute totechnical solutioning and architecture decisions.
Stay up to date with ServiceNow releases, AI features, and industry trends, recommending adoption to clients.
??Requirements
Certified System Administrator (CSA) – Required
Certified Application Developer (CAD) – Required
Bachelor's degree inSoftware Engineering(minimum); a Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field is a plus.
5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience, with broad knowledge across multiple modules (ITSM, HRSD, CSM, ITOM, etc.)
Strong scripting and automation skills (Glide, JavaScript, Flow Designer)
Experience withintegrations, REST/SOAP, ERP systems, and AI-driven workflows
Provenclient-facing experience, able to translate technical solutions for business stakeholders
Fluent in English (written & verbal)
Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to operate infast-paced, high-impact projects

Experience withApp Engine, Service Portal, Virtual Agent, Performance Analytics, ATF
Exposure toAgile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
Additional ServiceNow certifications (CIS-ITSM, CIS-HR, CIS-ITOM, etc.)
Previous experience delivering solutions toUS-based enterprise clients
